Barcelona team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Cornella

Sports Mole rounds up all of Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their Copa del Rey showdown with Cornella on Thursday evening.

Barcelona will be aiming to put their dampening Spanish Super Cup defeat behind them when they return to action in the Copa del Rey with third-tier side Cornella on Thursday evening.

Ronald Koeman's side were close to sealing victory in the Super Cup before Athletic Bilbao's Asier Villalibre forced extra time with the scores at 2-2, and Inaki Williams scored a delightful winner for Marcelino's men as Barca walked away empty-handed.

La Blaugrana will be desperate to make an immediate return to winning ways this week, and while their Copa del Rey clash is supposedly in doubt due to a coronavirus outbreak in the Cornella camp, the game is expected to go ahead as planned.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their midweek clash with Cornella, who knocked Atletico Madrid out in the last round.
