Foo Fighters heading for fifth UK number one album

Foo Fighters are on course for the top spot on the albums chart this week and are outselling the rest of the Top 10 combined.

After the first 72 hours of sales, the rockers are outselling the rest of the Top 10 combined, having shifted the most physical copies and digital downloads.

Second place is currently occupied by folk band Fleet Foxes, who have released Shore on physical formats, while Black Country, New Road are tracking at three with their debut album For The First Time.

Following his performance at the Super Bowl's half-time show on Sunday night, The Weeknd is currently at five with his greatest hits collection The Highlights.

Elsewhere, veteran Scottish group Deacon Blue are at seven with Riding On The Tide Of Love, while Jessie Ware's What Your Pleasure? is back in the midweek chart at 11.
