Gemma Collins says that she intends to get pregnant and film the birth for a new reality TV show.

Gemma Collins has outlined her plans to get pregnant and film the birth for a new reality TV show.

The 40-year-old suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which makes getting pregnant difficult and has previously caused her to have two miscarriages.

Collins recently got back together with her former fiancé Rami Hawash and now she has revealed that they are already planning to have a child in 2022.

"I'm going to have a baby next year," Collins told The Sun. "Rami and I are going to try - we're really excited about that.

"It's not so easy for me to get pregnant because of PCOS, so we're going to make a show about that called Gemma Collins: Making the Baby.

"My agent is in negotiations. I'm ready for a baby now and I can't wait to be a mum."

The GC is also working on a new Channel 4 documentary about self-harm.
