Former TOWIE star Jess Wright signs up for Celebrity Karaoke Club

Former TOWIE star Jess Wright is to appear as a contestant on ITV2's new singing competition Celebrity Karaoke Club.

Jess Wright has reportedly signed up for new ITV2 series Celebrity Karaoke Club.

The new show will see seven famous faces compete against each other in a traditional karaoke setting, with challenges including sing-offs, duets and group numbers.

Wright, 34, appeared on The Only Way Is Essex between 2010 and 2016 and has previously pursued a music career with limited success.

"Jess is a really talented singer but her music career has taken a back seat in recent years," a source told The Sun.

"She took up the offer of joining this new singing show as it's a great opportunity to show off her vocal range.

"People often forget Jess is a singer and she thinks this could be the perfect change to get known again for her voice."

Other celebs appearing on the show include former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt, Ibiza Weekender's David Potts, Loose Women panellist Judi Love and impressionist Luke Kempner.
