Joe Exotic: 'I'm done with Carole Baskin'

Tiger King star Joe Exotic claims that he is "done" with his long-running dispute with Carole Baskin.

Tiger King star Joe Exotic has claimed that he is "done" with his long-running dispute with Carole Baskin.

The hugely popular Netflix documentary charted the extraordinary life of zookeeper Exotic, 57, and his rivalry with big cat sanctuary owner Baskin.

The saga culminated with Exotic being imprisoned on charges of animal cruelty and a plot to murder Baskin after she won a seven-figure settlement against him for copyright infringement.

Speaking to Netflix from jail in a call recorded on March 22, Exotic said: "When I walk out of here am I going to be as crazy as I was before? That's never going to change.

"It would be nice if I could actually see me being famous out there but I've seen these same four walls for a year and a half now.

"I'm done with the Carole Baskin saga. It's now time to turn the tables and Joe get out of jail a free man and exonerated from all these charges."

Since the phone call Exotic is believed to have tested positive for the deadly coronavirus disease and has been put in isolation as he recovers.
