Roman Kemp: 'I can't be bothered with dating'
Capital breakfast host Roman Kemp says that he is "far too tired" for dating.

Capital FM breakfast host Roman Kemp has claimed that he has no interest in dating as he is "married to" his radio show.

The 28-year-old - also known for Celebrity Gogglebox and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - has been single since splitting from his long-term girlfriend last summer.

"I am far too tired to date. I've done it all - dating apps, I've chatted to people on Instagram and all that kinda stuff," he told the Football, Feminism and Everything in Between podcast.

"But when it comes to actually meeting up, I just can't be bothered. I honestly can't.

"I'm married to, selfishly, my show. The reason I don't drink during the week, the reason I try my best to go to bed early, and the reason I try and do what I do is to make that show sound as good as possible.

"I love that radio show and if a girlfriend got in the way of that she'd be gone."

Kemp recently earned plaudits for his candid look at male mental health in the one-off BBC Three documentary Our Silent Emergency.
