Southwark Crown Court has heard testimony from an alleged victim of Kevin Spacey who claimed that the actor forcefully groped him at a charity event in 2005.
The 63-year-old Hollywood star is subject of a four-week trial in which he has been charged of 12 counts of sexual assault by four men - all of which he denies.
On Wednesday the court was played a pre-recorded police interview with one of the men, who is not being identified for legal reasons.
In his testimony, the man claimed to have encountered Spacey at the charity event but was taken aback when he started asking him invasive questions including "Have we fucked?," "Do you have a big cock?" and "What's your cock like?"
"I was laughing it off but inside I was feeling really uncomfortable," he recalled. "That's when he grabbed my genitalia... He grabbed me with such a force it was painful."
He continued: "It wasn't in any way romantic or flattering. It wasn't like a caress, it was like a grab.
"I remember freezing, pushing his arm away and walking away and just feeling shellshocked and frustrated and kind of horrible that someone would think I'm that seedy and sleazy and dirty."
The man added that he does not wish to see Spacey go to prison for his actions but wants to see him 'do the right thing' and 'take responsibility'.
The trial continues.
