Katie Price is a confirmed attendee at Saturday's Mighty Hoopla event in what will be her first public appearance since her alleged assault last month.

Katie Price will appear at Mighty Hoopla tomorrow in what will be her first public appearance since her alleged assault last month.

The former glamour model was taken to hospital for facial injuries in the early hours of August 23 and reported being the victim of an "unprovoked" attack at her home.

Police arrested a man in his 30s, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on suspicion of assault, theft and coercive behaviour and have since released him on conditional bail.

Price had been due to attend the LGBT Awards a week ago but was said to be too shaken by the events to attend, but now she is confirmed for the guest lineup at the Mighty Hoopla pop festival in London's Brockwell Park on Saturday.

A description of her act on Mighty Hoopla's website says: "Sure to be a Hoopla highlight (we know what's being planned...) HRH will be joining Love Of Huns and Jayde Adams on stage for An Audience with...Katie Price. 'I'll be on stage being me, The Price.'"

Other acts performing include Cheryl Cole, Alexandra Burke, Becky Hill, Gabrielle, Atomic Kitten and Whigfield.
