Katie Price: 'I've forgotten what it's like to have a drink'

Katie Price says that it has been over a year since she last had an alcoholic drink.

Katie Price has revealed that it has been a year since she last touched alcohol.

Prior to 2020, the former glamour model endured a torrid few years - learning that her mother is terminally ill, being declared bankrupt and battling cocaine addiction.

Price got clean through a stint in rehab at The Priory and then met boyfriend Carl Woods, whom she credits for turning her life around and keeping her away from booze.

"Since I've been out of The Priory, I have not drunk nothing," she said on FUBAR Radio.

"And now I've forgotten what it's like to drink, and that's not like me because I'm quite sociable and stuff.

"And then obviously I was into the coke because I was self-medicating.

"When I look at it all now I'm like, 'oh my God, I'm a completely different person now. What the hell?'

"I'm actually embarrassed at how I've acted and stuff, but you know, that's part and part of mental health. You can't help it."

Price and Woods have revealed that they intend to tie the knot at some point this year, while they are also trying for a baby.
