Armie Hammer has reportedly now spent almost six months in rehab for drug, alcohol and sex addiction.

Armie Hammer is reportedly still in a rehab clinic receiving treatment for drug, alcohol and sex addiction.

Earlier this year the Call Me By Your Name star, 35, was subject of a string of accusations relating to his sexual proclivities, including allegations of extreme bondage and cannibalism, as well as a serious charge of rape which is still being investigated by police.

Through his lawyer, Hammer has vehemently denied that charge as well as many other claims made against him.

The actor checked into a rehab facility in Florida in May and according to TMZ, he is still there receiving treatment but is said to be "thriving" in the environment.

The publication says that there is no set timescale for when he will leave the facility but he is "willing to do whatever it takes" to get well, adding: "[He] understands he was in an incredibly dangerous place before treatment and doesn't want to backslide."

Hammer completed work on two projects before the allegations surfaced - Kenneth Branagh's Death On The Nile and Taika Waititi's Next Goal Wins, both of which are due for release in 2022.
