The Office spinoff featuring Stanley Hudson in the works?

The Office star Leslie David Baker unveils a mysterious new project called Uncle Stan.

The Office star Leslie David Baker has hinted at a new spinoff series based on his character Stanley Hudson.

The 62-year-old appeared in all nine seasons of the comedy, which ended in 2013, as the short-tempered and workshy Dunder Mifflin employee.

In a video posted to his Instagram account, Baker reprised his role as Stanley and encouraged people to visit the website listed in his bio.

The link takes users to a Kickstarter page for a new project called Uncle Stan, although no further details are given and users are not yet able to contribute to the fundraiser.

It is unclear whether the new venture has any connection to US broadcaster NBC or is endorsed by showrunner Greg Daniels.
