New James Bond film set for fresh delay?

New James Bond movie No Time To Die is reportedly set for a fresh delay until this Autumn.

The new James Bond movie No Time To Die could reportedly be delayed until the Autumn.

Daniel Craig's final outing as 007 was due for release in April 2020 but was pushed back to November 2020 following the emergence of coronavirus, then yet again to April 2, 2021 when it became clear that social distancing measures needed to remain in place into 2021.

Now the film is facing yet another delay, according to Deadline, with promotional partners having been informed that it is likely to be bumped to November this year.

No Time To Die is the most expensive Bond movie to date, having been made with a budget of around £200 million, with the hopes that it could gross at least four times that amount at the box office.

Studio MGM is said to have previously held talks with streaming services such as Netflix about releasing the film on demand but the finances involved made such a deal unworkable.
