Love Island reportedly recruits Alexis Bailey, a "fire-eating beauty queen", for its upcoming series.

Love Island producers have reportedly signed up Alexis Bailey, a "fire-eating beauty queen", for the new series.

The 21-year-old is a runner-up from the 2019 'Miss Manchester' contest and has previously worked for Wayne Lineker as one of his 'Dream Dolls' in Ibiza.

According to The Sun, Bailey is just out of a long-term relationship and is looking for some fun on the ITV2 dating show.

"She loves sex and is always talking about it," a source told the newspaper. "She's very open about it but is incredibly likeable and loves to party.

"There are no limits as far as she is concerned and she very much wears her heart on her sleeve. It's fair to say she will bring some heat to the villa."

Other singletons said to be lined up for the new series include 23-year-old "Chelsea party boy" James Price and Nigel Benn's boxer son Harley Benn.

Love Island is due to begin on ITV2 at the end of June.
