Watch: Trailer released for Doctor Who - The Giggle

Watch the trailer for 'The Giggle', the final episode of Doctor Who's 60th anniversary specials.

The first trailer has been released for the final Doctor Who 60th anniversary special, 'The Giggle'.

The episode sees The Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna Noble (Catherine Tate) come face to face with The Toymaker (Neil Patrick Harris), one of the Time Lord's oldest foes who takes delight in wreaking havoc with elaborate games.

'The Giggle' will also feature the return of UNIT, including scientific advisor Shirley Anne Bingham (Ruth Madeley), as well as the introduction of Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor.

Doctor Who: The Giggle airs Saturday, December 9 at 6.30pm on BBC One in the UK and Ireland and via Disney+ in the rest of the world.
