Sky Two to rebrand as Sky Replay

Sky Two will rebrand as Sky Replay and gain an EPG promotion later this month.

Sy One sister channel Sky Two is to rebrand as Sky Replay and be promoted up the Sky EPG later this month, we can confirm.

As part of the move, the Sky Sports Mix channel will relocate to the Sports section of the Sky EPG on channel 416, next to Sky Sports Racing.

The new Sky Replay channel will appear on EPG channel 145 from Thursday, August 27 when the changes take effect.

The station will continue with its current schedule of repeats of programming from Sky One and Sky Witness, including The Flash, How To Get Away With Murder and A League Of Their Own.

Sky Two first launched as a part-time service in 1996 with a schedule comprising repeats and exclusive first-runs of shows such as Xena: Warrior Princess but was closed after a year.

The current iteration of the channel launched in 2002 as Sky One Mix, later rebranding as Sky Mix before adopting the Sky Two branding in 2005.
