S Club 7 say that they want to play Glastonbury as part of their 25th anniversary reunion tour.

S Club 7's Jo O'Meara has said that the newy-reunited band are keen on performing at this year's Glastonbury Festival.

Earlier this week the group announced that they are reforming for an 11-date tour of the UK and Ireland this October to mark 25 years since they came onto the scene.

The tour could just be the beginning of a longer comeback, however, with O'Meara telling The Sun: "We've been very lucky. But we need Glastonbury next. I'm going to manifest it. We need to do it.

"Can you imagine the whole of the Glastonbury crowd singing 'Reach'? It would be pretty amazing."

Paul Cattermole added: "If you do talk to Emily Eavis, we want the Pyramid Stage please."

Sir Elton John is already confirmed as a headliner for Glastonbury 2023, while rumoured acts include Arctic Monkeys, Lewis Capaldi, Pulp, Rihanna and Eminem.
